Christmas 2011, New Years, etc.

So, I guess it's been awhile since I last updated you'll; so I will attempt to bring you up to date with the recent or not so recent happenings around here.

Wow, so much has happened, I’m not really sure where to start, but I’ll try to put this in some kind of order, that will make sense.

I started working part time for our church back in the fall, as a secretary, and I absolutely love it! It's something I've wanted to do for awhile, and I thank the Lord for the awesome opportunity.

I did my first wedding photography December 3rd, It was a great experience, I actually assisted the main photographer so it was not all up to me. Thanks Ashley, for allowing me to work along side you, I learned a lot and I’m grateful for the experience, it was definitely a privilege.
Well all that said, I don’t think I’m a wedding photographer. I think, I prefer Senior and Single Portraits.

Our teen choir had the privilege of singing in the Christmas parade this year in Rolla and St. James, and we were able to sing to the army veterans at the rest home, after the St. James parade. It ended up raining at the St. James parade, but we had so much fun, what a blessing!

Hannah and Timothy had a piano recital and both did very well.

Our Family Christmas picture!

Mom’s family came over after Christmas, and we had a wonderful time.

Eating, playing games, (dutch blitz to be exact) shopping, talking, cooking, etc.
My older sister couldn't make it out here, because she found out that she's expecting, which was super exciting!

We went out to KS, too visit Dad’s parents, the week before Christmas, and had a blessed time with them, and were asked to give the folks in the rest home a “concert” just kidding, but that was the word going around town.

A New Year!

A New Job!
January 2nd, I was having my quite time with the Lord, really asking him, why I was here and why he wanted me to stay, then about 1 hour later, a lady called the house and asked if I would babysit her kids. Wow, what a blessing, sometimes the Lord works so fast. So now I have another part time job.

Well that's all for now, and have a blessed day!
