He is Faithful!

In the morning sunrise I behold Your glory
All creation sings Your majesty and praise
I come before You, resting in Your presence.
My Maker and Redeemer,You're the Keeper of my days

And You are faithful to supply my need.
You are faithful to give me joy abundantly
You are faithful to calm the storms of life for me
You are faithful, You're all I need.

In the darkness of the night my heart is peaceful
As I rest beneath the Shadow of Your Wings
For You alone can fill my deepest longings
You're the Alpha and Omega, my Jehovah and my King

And You are faithful to supply my need.
You are faithful to give me joy abundantly
You are faithful to calm the storms of life for me
You are faithful, You're all I need.

He is ABLE and will complete everything that He has begun!!

I've been pondering on this verse recently and it has become the cry of my heart. "As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness." Psalms 17:15
My one desire is to pursue Jesus and to be satisfied with nothing less than His likeness and righteousness. One day, when I see Him and kneel before His throne. . .my heart and passion will be fulfilled; to see my Savior in all of His splendor and majesty. I will behold Him not just by faith and belief in His word but by sight! He's so faithful, unchanging and always fulfilling His promises to us.

I had the awesome opportunity this summer to go to Ellerslie out in Windsor, CO! Oh my goodness, Jesus absolutely changed my life and perspective in so many ways!!! Day by day he continually amazes me! He's worthy of ALL of me and as I die to myself, He conforms me into the image of His dear Son. In His faithfulness and mercy, He guides and directs my paths, drawing me closer to Himself.

He's beyond WORTHY of our total love, devotion and complete attention! Our selfish, self-centered ways crowd out the love and power of our Savior. We want Him to meet our needs, fulfill our desires and make our plans work. When He is calling us to come away with Him and enjoy the bountiful blessings that He has for us, they're beyond anything we can ever imagine. In His presence is fullness of joy and pleasure forevermore. When will we begin to believe the promises of God? When will we take Him at His word? Our God does not lie and therefore His word is truth. You can stand firm and secure in what He has promised,  He will not fail! There is NO need to doubt anymore, He wants us to experience His greatness and power through the life of His Son, Jesus. So many times we settle for a mediocre Christian life; trying to do the "right" things to get by and live a "good" life. He has greater adventures ahead for us! May we represent our King and show Him, not just in word but by our lives, how Worthy He is!

My family came to Colorado for the Ellerslie Basic Graduation and we took a small family vacation. We stayed in the mountains for a few days and did some hiking, free climbing, and admiring all of God's beautiful handiwork.

Travel times this year have been great!!

I travelled down to Missouri for about 18 hours to surprise Hannah for her state piano competition. It was so fantastic!!! After 30 minutes of silence and shock...we had a party! LOL I'm so beyond proud of this girl, She continues to give her best in every area and go above and beyond to accomplish her goals! Love you!!

Pal came up to visit HQ when Seth was still working up there. We had a blast! I'm so glad you came up to visit!!

Such grand times! A wedding, music, bonfires, smores, church and visiting friends!

Daniel, Seth and I headed home for a weekend visit. . .and delivered a baby grand piano that a friend had found for us!

We went down to Verity's Harvest Fest and Christmas Reception! Good times hanging out with friends and making new ones!!

"I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the Land of the living. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord." Psalm 27:13-14

Always Making Memories!

Well, we finished the 1st Family Conference for 2015 down in Big Sandy, TX. It was a blessing to be able to be a part of the conference and to see so many friends and also to be able to serve with my siblings! Most of my siblings came down and were helping on staff, it's always a blast serving with y'all.
I'm so thankful for these awesome friends!! We had way to many late nights and laughing for no good reason, LOL, Other than. . .it's one of my favorite things to do!! I can't wait till next time, . .maybe when we aren't so busy. . .we'll actually have time to hangout and do normal things! ;)

Sisters? More Like Best Friends!!

There is no better friend than a sister and there is no better sister than you!!
"Sisters don't need words. They have perfected their own secret language of smiles, laughs, sniffs, gasps, winks and eye rolls. All it takes is one glance, to say a thousand words".
I went home for my best friends birthday! Happy 17th Birthday Hannah!!
I'm so thankful that God placed you in my life. He's making you into a beautiful, kind, and gentle woman after His own heart!! Love you girl!!!

Charity and I went home Easter weekend to visit my family!
We had an awesome time and can't wait to see y'all again!!

I couldn't be more blessed!! Even in the tough times and the struggles of life, God continues to be faithful! He takes all of my worries, anxieties and fears and trades them for His peace, love and joy!! Ah, what beauty it is, to rest in His presence, knowing that "He does all things well"! He does not make mistakes, He just takes the broken pieces in our lives and turns it into perfection, when we give it all to Him. I'm so thankful for a trustworthy God!!

Time. . .You are spending it somewhere!

Well, it has been awhile since I have posted anything on here. . .sorry about that. Here are a few pics from the last couple months! So many good times~
It's always said, that "time flies", so maybe it does but the question is, where are you spending it? We are always investing our time into something and there is nothing greater than investing our lives into Christ Jesus and furthering His eternal Kingdom!
Seth came back with me after Christmas!! It was great to have him up here and spend the week with him!

My Parents came up to visit me for a few days, in January! We had several LATE nights talking which was really great!! I'm so blessed to have godly parents!

Christine and Rachel both moved away! They are such a blessing to me!

Our winter was quite delightful. . .and it's probably not over yet! LOL, We had a ton of fun sledding, ice skating and snow mobile riding! It was great!! But I'm sooo ready for summer!! :)

To many memories. . .how can I even begin to describe this! I'm blessed to be able to have friends who always point me towards Christ!! Thanks guys! Joy moved to TX this past week. . .which is so sad but thankful that the Lord allowed our paths to cross! Joy you've encouraged me in my walk with the Lord and pushed me towards Him, over and over again. . .always turning my attention to Jesus! Thank you!!
So there you have it. . .a VERY brief overview of my life for the past two months!
But can I just say that Jesus is so very patient with me! Wow, he never ceases to draw me to himself. . .but in my self-centeredness, I find myself resisting Him. What? Why would I be resisting my King, who does all things well and wants what is best for me. My desire is to always trust in Him no matter what and to never doubt His goodness. Yet, I find myself rejecting Him and doing it my own way, telling Him that I know better and struggling to answer His call with a "yes".
"Sometimes our hardest battles are not against the devil but with the Lord"
Oh! He is so patient with me and even in my own weakness of pleasing myself, He turns my attention to gaze upon His beauty, to exalt Him as King, and to abide in His presence. We are frustrated when we don't here the voice of the Lord, when He seems so silent and yet, when He is speaking and prompting us to do something specific, we turn around and lean on our own understanding and act as if we know better. What is this? Rejecting the One who works all things together for our good. Our self is one of our greatest enemies but I find that as I meditate on God's word, He renew's my mind and gives me the power to say "yes" to Him! There are so many examples in the Bible of men and women choosing their own way and not receiving the great blessings and promises that God had for them. Just think, every time you choose your own way. . .is the little pleasure to serve the desire of yourself worth giving up His incredible blessings?
There's just a few thoughts that I've been thinking about!
