Gratefully Blessed!

I'm so grateful for the election and the freedom to vote, but even more than that I'm thankful that I am redeemed and on the wining side, serving the King of Kings that does all things well in His time! He's not worried about giving us an easy life, but He is wanting power among the believers so that the nations will know and see that He is the King!
He want us to be blessed living a life that is hid with Christ, one that lives in the secret place of the Most High God. He is not concerned with what America thinks is important, but with the church...we have so corrupted what the Lord meant to be sacred and holy. We have sinned and in our pride we point at the non-believers and say it's their fault....are we kidding. We are His children, He cares so much more for us and our relationship with Him than we even do, and He is willing to do whatever it takes to wake us up!
Who knows what it will take for Christians to take a stand for their King. I know I have failed many times, but fellow brothers and sisters in Christ we must be bold and courageous and stand for our King! Our time is running out, we are already one day closer to seeing our Savior's face! Are you ready to meet Him? Are you representing Him well? Is He pleased with how you're
living or could you do and give more for Him? It's a high calling, take it up and be courageous! Fight for the Lord, He will give you strength!

Here Am I, I Will Go

Here Am I

So many lost and dying in this world today
Have you heard their crying
Or do you turn away
The harvest now is plenteous
But the laborers are few.
God needs some willing vessels to be used.

Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

Is it too late for caring
Does Jesus really save
Are we truly praying
For the blind to find their way
Little children are falling into
A burning Hell
Will anyone heed the calling to go and tell?

Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

For my Saviour died
On that old rugged cross
He thought of me when
He counted the cost
How can I say that I love Him
If I don't reply?

Here am I
I will go
I will reach the lost untold
I will give the Lord control
I will tell them of the crimson flow.

Where are you? Will you go? We need men and women who are willing to stand up for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and proclaim what He has done for us. We've been silent long enough, the lazy chair is no place for someone running to win the prize, and yet so many times we sit back and hit the relax mode. Why, there is so much work to be done. So, it's time to start reaching out to those we come in contact with and share with them what the Lord has done for us. Be Strong, Bold, and Courageous the Lord will give you the strength to go and fight the battles that He places before you. So rise up and take the call!

The Winds of Life

Psalm 84:11-12 "For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee."
Safety is staying in the Secret Place of the Most High. Many times we want the protection from the Lord without trusting and staying in the Secret Place of the Most High. He has provided a place of refuge, will you trust him, no matter what the winds around you look like? It is always safer with the one who can calm the storm. Keep Trusting Him!

Psalm 5:11-12 "But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield."
When the winds around us are swirling like a tornado, the only safe haven of rest is right in the eye of the winds. So often we start doubting God's ability to keep us safe, so we start to step out of His will and His Secret Place...and we wonder why life just got so much harder, the winds are much more fierce, we feel like we are being tossed to and fro? I wonder why? Are we moving with Him? Are we following in his footsteps? If not the winds will hit us and if we don't quickly move and trust Him, will be jerked around by the winds of life...and feel so lost and confused. We must learn to trust, abide, and move when the Lord speaks, even in the stillness.

Jeremiah 31:14 "and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD."
Are you satisfied with where you are and with what the Lord has blessed you with? Stay in His perfect will and you will never regret living for the Lord and serving him!

Even in the Valleys, I'm Blessed

Each day that I live, He gives more than I need
And I could never describe His goodness to me
If you ask how I make day after day
There is only one thing I can say

It's been a long journey but I have been blessed
Walking with Jesus, I have no regrets
He is so good to me, and I must confess
The way has been long, but I'm blessed

All that I need I find at His feet
When I'm hungry, He feeds me with manna so sweet
When my soul is weary, He sends peace and rest
And all I can say is I'm blessed

Now I've had my share of sunshine and rain
Days filled with laughter and nights filled with pain
But with every mile as I travel this way
The journey gets sweeter each day

It's been a long journey but I have been blessed
Walking with Jesus, I have no regrets
He is so good to me, and I must confess
The way has been long, but I'm blessed

I'M BLESSED
So much more than I ever deserve
I'M BLESSED
He's been faithfully keeping His word
I'M BLESSED
I've been cleansed by the hand of the Lord
I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed

It's been a long journey but I have been blessed
Walking with Jesus, I have no regrets
He is so good to me, and I must confess
The way has been long, but I'm blessed

Miracles Requires Obedience

We want to see great things happen but we aren't willing to step out and obey what the Lord has asked us to do. This blind man had to just trust the Lord even though it probably did not make sense, when we come to the end of ourselves and realize that there is not anything we can do. He is there ready to intercede on our behalf but He can only help you when you are ready and willing to obey.
"And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay, And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing." John 9:1-7
No matter how petty it may seem we must always obey the Lord. I can't think of one miracle that didn't require someone to obey the Lord. It may not make sense, it may sound ridiculous, but it doesn't matter. If He has asked you to do it, He will remain faithful. The problem is not with the Lord, it is with our lack of faith. You see we don't trust in the Lord, all He asks us to do is take the small steps of faith so that he can do the impossible. Why is that so hard? Is it because of our pride we think we know better than the King of Kings? I don't think so! We hinder His work in our lives and diminish our impact on the world when we choose not to rely on His perfect will. He wants to use us to impact the world for Him, but unless we take a step of faith even when it doesn't make sense, He will work through our weakness to make something great that will bring Him glory.
He doesn't leave us blind, He shows us the light so that we can realize our need for our Savior.
Jesus doesn't just leave, but he returns to make sure that we truly understand that he is the one that creates, makes, and performs miracles. So that His name might be heard and proclaimed among the nations! That many might be saved because of what you allowed the Lord to do in your life.
He loves us to much to leave us where we are, so he willingly gave his life so that we might be free in Christ.
Let him show His power through your weakness! Will you obey?

When Good Decisions, Can Hinder Progress

There are many "good decisions" that we could make every day through out our life-time, but instead of taking every good decision that comes our way; the Lord challenges us to take a step of faith. He gives us the choice, we can either take the good decision now or we can wait on Him and see the results of making a faith based God-decision. Where is our trust in God? We get to thinking that this will be the only opportunity that we will ever have. Why? Because we don't trust in Him who rescued us from hell, we don't have the faith to see that He knows where every path, choice, or decision that we make will take us.
"But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my God." Psalms 31:14
"Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord." Psalm 31:24
How deep do you want your faith to be? Because it will only be as strong as your life makes it, the more truth you believe about God the stronger your faith will be. If you always take the "good decisions" the easiest way, your trust level for the Lord is going to be way low. Faith is knowing that the Lord will bring it about in His way and time. So many times in our lives we get caught between a good thing thing and the best thing. All we can see is everything that is right now and we the lack the faith to just trust the Lord for His perfect plans for our future. Allow the Lord to increase your faith, he's ready to take your to higher places in your relationship with Him. Why won't you go? Are you afraid He can't carry you through? So many times we doubt that God can't do it. Can He not fix our little problems? So we end up staying exactly where we are. Ten years down the rode we might be a few steps further, but if we would only trust the Lord, He can take us miles soaring upon the wings of eagles.
When there's a choice between a good decision and a God decision, take a step of faith and choose too fly with the Lord, He will take you to higher places than you've ever seen before! Just trust in Him, He does all things well in His time! Abide in His loving care.
"Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in His mercy; Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield." Psalm 33:18,20
"Blessed is the man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies." Psalm 40:4
