Adventures!!!

Well, too start off with I got a "new" phone yesterday, actually it's just like the one I had. So if you want to text me your number that would be awesome, because at this point I probably don't have your number...yep all my contacts for all the awesome people I know were left in the lake. :)
So, start off with, I'm a little board (sitting in Starbucks)...well maybe I should start off with everything that happened this morning, We were planning on leaving at 9 am this morning to head up to the Northwoods, but that didn't happen...so we found ourselves pulling out of the Staff Center around 10 am. Life seems to be going great, just resting and enjoying the ride, then we get a call saying that we left one of the girls that was supposed to be coming in our van. So we turn around and head back to the Staff Center, We pick up Hannah and head off again. Well all that said, I thought that was a pretty good adventure....until we get the next call saying that Mr. Gothard and the other guys that were traveling with him, the transmission in their vehicle went out...Yeah, not good, so they took our van and they droped three of us off at Wal-mart and Starbucks, and they headed up North. Yep, so that's how the day is going so far, I just love adventures!!! They are so fun, you just never know what is around the corner! :) Anyways, that's about all I have to say, you would have to be here to understand it all. Life is great! You can't help but love it!

Lost Phone. . .

So, if you have my number don't try too call or text because it is lost in a lake, I might tell the stroy later.... Anyways you won't be able to get ahold of me, you can email me or simply wait till I get a new phone, but I will need most of your numbers again, because my memory of phone numbers was on my phone which currently, is on the bottom of the sea. :) So I will let you know when I get a new phone and maybe you can text me your number. I had a great day yesterday (besides loosing my phone, but hey things could be worse), the Stress Resolution Seminar ended and we had a great staff meeting! It's really kind of wierd because the Lord has blessed me with a great day and a joy that isn't containable! May God richly bless each one of you with an extra special day!

The Lord is so good it's hard to describe how he watches over us and keeps us safe. He only allows things in our life that would benifit us the most. I stand amazed at how he turns not so great situations into something truly magnificent, so that we might honor Him and give glory to His name.

Photoshoot on Saturday!

Abby and I went out on Saturday, and she took a few random pictures. Everything is going well here, I've been helping out in the Graphic Arts department which has been a great experience and of coarse always learning new stuff. Anyways that's about all for now. May you continue to seek the Lord and draw closer to His holiness.

Chick-Fil-A

Last night we went out for dinner, it was a blessing to support chick-fil-a in their effort to stand for what is right.

Yep, it was pretty long, the line at the stop light was probably backed up about 50 cars waiting to get through, but it was totally worth it! The line moved really fast and the service was great!

Love vs. Selfishness

Life at Headquarters!

There's never a dull moment and every day is a new adventure!

Just a little update from the past couple months that is long over due.

We had a blast on the 4th of July, with an all American picnic and the patriotic fire-works.

He Is So Faithful!

Well I'm up at HQ again, but the visit home was good. My church family is so encouraging and always uplifting me to reach all that God has in store for me. I was able to help our church out with Vacation Bible Camp and sing a duet with Hannah on Sunday night which was absolutly awesome!  We sang "He knows my name" and it's so true, He cares about every area of our lives.
Many times I find myself overwhelmed by the faithfulness and mercy of the Lord, He is so good you can't even put it into words. I stand amazed at how he guides and directs my every move. Even when things don't go the way you think they should, He's still there with a steady guiding hand. The Lord is showing me how His ways, aren't my ways, but they are causing me to draw closer to the Lord. He's teaching me to look to Him for what is right and true, because the the wisdom of men is foolishness with God. My faith is so weak at times, but through my weekness he is strong. Why do we not rest in knowing that we can trust the creator of the universe; He is so powerful and we can turn our fear into faith, He gives us His power to overcome any obsticle, but it requires surrendering our ways and man's knowledge for His wisdom. He then can empower us to do impossible things for His Kingdom. I'm blessed to be able to serve the King of Kings; I think serving him is the best adventure anyone could ever have.

Keep serving the Lord!!! You'll never regret the time you invest in following His plans. May your faith stand strong in His power.

July 1st

Well I decided that I would try to start posting again, I've been super busy and haven't taken the time to let you'll know whats been going on. I'm going to try to post every day like I did in May.
